Irvin-WilliamsAfter leaving ICT, I got a job designing dental work using a new software program that not many people have the background/skills to do. My employer felt that my CIS background provided the foundation to assume this position and I am happy to say that what I went through in the Career Development class prepared me to sell myself in a big way.

You should have seen me in the interview! I was dazzling, amazing and charming, to say the least. Then after all that was said and done, the thank you letter I wrote to the person interviewing me was so spectacular that within an hour after sending the letter, I received a job offer. I feel that part of the reason that I received the job offer was because of the skills that I acquired from ICT.

Financial Aid

Get the Financial Assistance You Need

How one’s education will be funded is always an important consideration in determining where and when to enroll in school.

While a quality education cannot be free, ICT believes that the cost of an education should not be a deterrent in meeting one’s career goals.  We also recognize the importance of being willing to invest in one’s own future.  We offer all students a wide range of options.

To facilitate the determination of what resources are available to each student, our institution utilizes the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  A copy of the application is available at each campus or can be obtained on line at http://fafsa.ed.gov

The institution maintains a Financial Planning Department to assist students in obtaining the financial assistance they require for their educational expenses. Available resources include federal aid, part-time employment (administered through the Employment Assistance Office) and student loans from private lenders. Federal assistance programs are administered through the Office of Student Financial Assistance, U.S. Department of Education. Any U.S. citizen, national or person in the United States for other than temporary reasons who is enrolled or accepted for enrollment (on at least half-time basis) may apply for the programs.

Federal grants are available for those who qualify.  Read more to see if you are eligible.

It is a privilege to be part of a country where practically everyone has the opportunity to further their education, and in many instances, some type of grant or gift aid is available.

College Work-Study

This program provides employment for students who demonstrate financial need and who must earn a part of their educational expenses while in school.

Monthly Payment Plans

For those students who do not qualify for financial assistance or do not want to take out a student loan to fund their tuition, ICT can set up monthly payment plans that will still enable students achieve their education goals.

Veterans Benefits

The Veterans Administration (VA)  oversees various programs  that are for use by  U.S. Veterans for  assistance in pursuing an education. The institution will assist potential students who are qualified to receive this form of assistance.
